No complaints apart from the delivery being a day later than promised. But that was down to the carrier treating a few miles from Aberdeen like Outer Mongolia. I get a lot of deliveries by other carriers which arrive mostly next day after ordering, even from Jersey. But I phoned customer enquiries at PC World and they were very helpful and understanding. I give them top marks for customer satisfaction.

The machine ordered new was delivered "dead on arrival" cusomer services accordingly arranged to deliver a NEW replacement. The machine that arrived was a rather grubby REFURBISHMENT. Customer services agreed to provide a new Packard Bell which arrived on time, All of this took nearly one month to conclude plus the aggravation and frustration although I must state that the people I dealt with within customer services where considerate and helpful let down possibly by the system. I ordered the Windows 7 upgrade from Packard Bell offered as incentive by PC World on the 14 November. I am still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! However , notwithstanding I would purchase again from PC World based on many previous transactions ALTHOUGH IF ANY BODY READS THIS I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE HELP IN OBTAINING WINDOWS 7 SOMETIME SOON.

I'll never again waste my money and any other MS devices. Complete waste of money. I've used so many keyboards over the years and the lettering on the keys has never faded, until I bought this trash!

when delivered it was just left outside the house, Its packaging made it obvious what it was . I am very lucky to live in a sleepy cul de sac !! Theres always neighbours in it woulnt have been too much trouble to leave it in a more secure situation

The printer arrived within 2 days of placing the order on the internet. An excellent service. Ink cartrdiges for this printer are a bit pricey compared with some other similar printers.
