Got the job done politely efficiently but importantly they got the job done which is what I had been looking for. I don't however think staff at PC World should be put under too muck pressure with customer marketing and the threat of losing their jobs. People are just people and too much pressure in the market frontline should not be put on them.

The item did arrive within the given timescale, but delivery options in my area are limited. I would like to see improved delivery options. Offseting this, was the fact that it was considerably cheaper than equivalent items from the competition.
