I am forced to buy these cartridges from PC World because you can not get them anywhere else. Very clever. Had I known that when I bought the printer, I would not have bought it.

I don't think I can buy from PC World again...over the years I have bought a great deal of stuff from them, but this really was not right...the disorganisation, lack of communication was just far too much to bear. I dont know a great deal about computer's so i went for a store that I could trust and understand....however this is no longer the case.

Although PC World has a branch 10 miles away, the mail order had no postal charge and arrived overnight; saving time and journey cost.

I had to wait z long time for delivery but to be fair it was down to postal strikes and pcworld did resend it via courier the second tome as the first went missing.

Annoying it wasn't in stock at the store, although it was on display and they couldn't tell me when it would be in stock, so I had to order it on line at a different price to the original figure I had seen it advertised.
