This product did not come with user manual. I have requested for the manual and I have been directed to a particular website. I checked the website but the manual wasn't there. I contacted you again and requested for your to send me the link. You sent the link, I checked the link you sent, but it would not open. It is extremely frustrating that I couldn't get a user manual for this product. This I think, you MUST ADDRESS!

I am a retired Chartered Engineer, MIME, MIEE, MBIM. so I appreciate good asthetic and functional design. The designer of this piece of kit is verry verry good.

~DHL were next to useless claining to have tried to deliver but left no card and the delivery address was available to take the delivery at the alleged time. Also on final delivery failed to get a signature receipt even though one was offered

had problems with installing old printer drivers (printer bought from you - took to Support Desk at local store and after basic tests refused to help or replace printer (which worked fine on my old PC)
