The box was dented, which I did not notice at the time of delivery, which was on time...it was wrapped up in orange plastic, which concealed the dent

Both Netbooks were reconditioned and neither worked. I wuld not buy reconditoned form PC World again. In addition, although I had a full refund for the netbook they did not refund the courier charge.

This product did not come with user manual. I have requested for the manual and I have been directed to a particular website. I checked the website but the manual wasn't there. I contacted you again and requested for your to send me the link. You sent the link, I checked the link you sent, but it would not open. It is extremely frustrating that I couldn't get a user manual for this product. This I think, you MUST ADDRESS!
