Do I need a microwave with a grill?
Having a grill will add to the cost of the microwave but they are great for crisping and browning your food quickly.
What is a combination microwave oven?
A combination microwave oven has the benefit of a microwave and an oven in one. You can use it to do the job of your oven in under half the time. Some combination microwave ovens even come with steamers so you can cook healthier food more quickly too.
What sort of wattage should I get?
The higher the wattage, the faster your microwave will cook. Maximum wattage can range from 700kw to around 1,500kw. Models with higher wattages can shave minutes off cooking times over models with lower wattages.
My microwave is broken, how do I fix it?
If you are experiencing a fault with your product we advise that you always check with the retailer that you made your purchase from. Check your guarantee or extended warranty to see if they are still in effect.
If your product is no longer under guarantee try searching the internet or enquiring in a local shop to see if the problem you are experiencing is a common one. That way you can work out whether it’s worth repairing or better to save for a new product.
