Big plates/tall glasses won’t fit in my dishwasher
Dishwashers usually have two positions for the shelves. If you find that you can’t fit your plates on the bottom shelf, try to move the top shelf up a bit – check your instruction manual to find out how or if your machine is able to do this.
My dishes aren’t cleaning properly
There can be many reasons for this. The most common is people using 3 in 1 tablets. These tablets contain salt and rinse aid but many people are unaware of this and still fill up the machine’s separate salt and rinse aid receptacles as well. This can actually damage your machine and will lead to cleaning performance problems.

I have a fully integrated dishwasher but I can’t tell what stage of the cycle my machine is at
Most dishwashers have indicator lights which you will be able to see shining out of the top or the bottom of the machine. They will either shine with different colours to indicate which part of the cycle the machine is on or they will show a different number of lights. Check your manual to find out which kind of indicators your machine has.
