- Battery ran out after 2 days. Even for people who did not drink alcohol it gave a caution warning every time!

Not accurate.e.g, I was getting told I was fine to drive when I drank quite a lot of cider! :-)
I do know it's just a toy but one minuite you got a smiley face and the next a sad face.

- I bought two .The first one works fine but the one i bought as a gift only works when it feels like and also is not reliable.they give different readings of the same person.If i had the packaging i would have sent it back.
