Good points:: Quick but clean washing cycles, little noise as long as you turn the alarm of fwhich tells you when its finished the cycle, but quite useful if you forgotten you have a load of washing in - only sounds twice! easy to use and gives you control over what heat and what you want it to do. The quick spin facility is brilliant and cuts the wash time down from 2 hours to 1 hour 11 mins
Bad points:: The filter is fitted to the inside of the drum so things like plastic cups to put washing gel in gets badly cut so I use liquid washing products now and no it does not ruin or touch any clothes so not bad and much better to get at than trying to do it with water dripping out at the bottom of the machine.
