No separate spin for delicate hand wash items. The only separate spin seems to be for cottons only. This means that all delicates and woollens have to be washed on their particular cycle. It works but I prefer to wash woollens by hand then give them a short spin at a low rate.

For the price this is good machine which seams well made.It also includes some good features that you would'nt expect for this low end price. I've also been told that Zanussi are a better make than some of the other makes in this low end price range. I hope this proves to be the case....only time will tell. Although initially the controls seamed confusing in a short space of time i was able to understand what I needed to do. The digital countdown timer is helpful with washer dryer times..... I hope it proves to be a reliable machine

It seams to take a bit of time to do some washing/drying cycles but this could be down to the fact that this is the first machine I've had with a countdown timer display and had never really know the times with previous machines.

washing comes out of the machine really clean, like the different spin speeds. drying cycle efficient.
My previous 2 machines were washer/dryers, Hotpoint, the last one was 10 years old I have noticed the difference in the wash and drying times. very pleased with the product

the bleeping signal when cycle had finished, not clear in the handbook how to turn this off. took me about 3 reads to find it, and about 4 goes to turn it off, doesn't tell you to listen to the click when its done. very annoying

Quiet and seems to be fairly efficient.
Seems to be of high quality and sturdy.
Washing functions are excellent, but the dryer seems to be a secondary feature and performance is not great.

Machine runs very quietly, however an EXTREMELY annoying beeping sound when the washing/drying cycle has finished that goes off continually every 30 seconds for approx 5 minutes.
Don't use at night time because of this reason!!

Easy to use. Just a quick survey of the programmes page and you can get it quickly.Nice and quiet. Good features, quiet and an improved wash. Good value for money. Dryer is good also.

Bleeps at the end of the programme are a bit annoying but they make you get up and attend to the washing/drying! Some of the programmes are long, but as long as you don't overload it, the wash is very good on the shorter ones.

Very easy to use. Seems a really good product at a reasonable price.
It has all the settings I need, and the drum is really big and fits a large load. It also looks really good, and I really like the digital display stating how long each wash is and how long is remaining.
This is my first washer-dryer and I am really impressed

The dryer function does leave things really creased, so if you use a tumble dryer all the time I think a separate one is better. This doesn't bother me as we only want the tumble dryer for backlogs of bed linen/towels etc.
Slightly noisy during the final spin, but this is only short so not a problem.

It is reasonably quiet and seems to be staying that way. It is easy to understand and use, and represents good value.

The spin cycle does not dry quit as well as our previous machine but is quite acceptable, particularly as the top of the range Hotpoint we had was noisy and unreliable after only 2/3 years.

The tumble dryer function doesn't dry things very quickly - although the guides indicates a load should be dry within 45 minutes to 1 hour I am finding it is more like 1.30 -2 hours.

Lots of easy to understand cycles. Handwash cycle. eco cycles. It tells you exactly how long the cycle is when you select, and how long is left all through the wash. extra buttons for extra rinse or intensive wash for heavy soil.

The eco cycle is quite long, but you know that when you select- if you're in a hurry just use normal cycle.

I had a new Zanussi washer/dryer years ago (top of the range) but when I moved into my flat it already had an integrated washer/drying so I gave it to my sister (who has a family of 4 and it still works like a dream). The integrated washer/dryer was a nightmare as it kept leaking and I'm finally glad to say that I've gone back to using a Zanussi product.

The dryer part of the machine stops drying once the clothes are dry even if there is still time left on the timer. On average it takes about 1 hour to dry a load of cotton clothes, which is far less that I anticipated.

The washer drier is really easy to use and has a larger door to making it much easier to get the washing in and out of the machine. The cycle times are a good length and clearly displayed on the washing machine so you know how long is left on your cycle.

Simple and easy to use. Same build as my old Zannusi that gave me my moneys worth, just this new model his improved with added technology. The program is simple to set, the dial isn't clunky like the old machines. Simple button to start and pause the program. The child lock is a great feature/ The time taken/remaining is a great feature. We especially like the end of program beeps (oh how we wished we had that on our old machine!!) Drying feature easy to set, just one button to add time increments to your main program. Variable spin speed settings (but no more than should be set for the specific program - if you want to ruin your clothes you can always set a faster spin after the program ends.) It really is that simple and easy to use. If they're using the same build as my old machine then I hope to get another good 16 years out of this one.

Only one bad point so far and that is occasionally you may get a sock wandering out of the drum and into the door which then stays there until the program ends. Sometimes, but not always, they do manage to get pulled back into the wash. The only other thing isn't a bad point but instead a request to Zanussi to add just one extra feature to this model - a delay timer for setting the wash before going to bed and then having the first wash of the day completed when we awake the next morning. As our old machine wasn't so digital we could set a wall socket timer to turn the machine on at a set time but this cannot be done with this new model.
