+ Excellent prodcut which does what it says on the tin. dries clothes automatically! The controls are fairly self explanatory and the fioters etc are easy to clean. I am partially disabled and have had no problems emptying the condensor as it is on the top of the machine

- it is expensive but when yuo see how much water it colelcts its worth while i think. You can aalways recycle the water!

+ It's reasonably quiet - I can use it when my husband is sleeping, unlike my old Hoover condenser drier. Also appears more efficient.

- Water tank not as big as previous drier, but will last for at least a couple of loads before needing emptying. Tank at high level, not so easy to remove/replace when drier stacked on top of washer.

+ Quiet. No need for hoze. Easy to use.

- Bulky at the back. Cannot accommodtae a plug directly behind appliance. We had an electrician move the socket.

+ It's so easy to use for a technophobe like me. It simple to understand without having to refer to the instructions. The programming dial is self explanitory

- You need quite a lot of pressure to open the door. it does crease some of my clothes, especially sheets, even though I put them on the 'iron' setting.
if I leave them damp then it defeats the purpose of a dryer - I might just as well hang the clothes out on the line.

+ The variety of settings and the sensor dry as this finishes the cycle as soon as the clothes are at the required dryness which will hopefully be more economical in terms of electricity and also means that jeans and towels are not dried solid. I'm really pleased with it!

- I am unsure as to whether I can get rid of all of the fluff that accrues inside the door which may cause problems (who knows) later down the line

+ Easy to use in most respects, eg, cleaing the filter, emptying the water, setting the controls (which are quite intuitive). Reasonablly quiet and very little leakage of water vapour.

- Door is difficult to open - it requires are very hard press.

+ Perfect tumble dryer, you can set it to do lots of things and the best bit is the buzzer which tells you when your clothes are dry so no more tumbling completely dry clothes just because you have set it for too long!!! It also buzzes when the water is full so again you are not wasting electricity. I would highly recommend anyone with big loads of washing (ie those with mucky husbands and children) to get this dryer !

- Automatic heat sensor sometimes leaves clothes damp, especially when drying a mixed load.

+ Effective, easy to use

- Don't like the filter in the front of the machine. The door filter is fine but the small filter in the front of the dryer is difficult to clean and you get fluff on the washing when removing them from the machine.

+ No water vapour in the Utility Room and no longer having to keep the back door open to let out the steam. It did take a bit of getting use to after my old conventional drier but it does a good job.

- Can be noisy at times and door opening function can be awkward.

+ My first Zanussi dryer and I'm very pleased with the purchase. Very easy to clean and easy to use. Would highly recommend this dryer to others.

Seems a lot more energy efficient than the traditional tumble drier it replaced (though we have not yet had a chance to monitor electricity usage in practice)
