+ Quite a good dishwasher as far as performance goes

- The design of the top basket has to be the worst ever seen ! Baby bottles and glasses fall over during every wash and are left full of dirty water We changed the washer after 1 week enough said

- top basket is the worst design i have come across in four diswashers i have had the rack in middle stops the loading of normal sized mugs and cups bottom rack wires to hold plates not long enough limiting where dishes can be put

+ Range of cycles

- Top tray is terrible. I had a Zanussi before this one and why they changed the design of the top tray I will nver know. Also, top tray must be placed in the upper position for plates that are even slightly larger than normal, thus reducing the height for glasses - not that you can get them to stand up in the upper tray anyway. Not a great product at all.

+ 30 minute cycle very useful and cleans really well. Dishwasher is very quiet, you wouldn't think it was on sometimes.

- It can be a bit of a problem stacking wine glasses correctly so that they don't fall over during the cycle.

+ generally speaking the wash cycles, noise and cleaning are OK.

- It's almost impossible to load. The top basket doesn't easily take dishes, cups or glasses, and the bottom basket doesn't accommodate normal family sized plates etc easily. Organising a load takes longer than washing up by hand!
