+ Easy to use
Quiet
Like the quick rinse and 30 minute wash cycles, and delyed start
Gets most things clean on the 30 minute cycle
Does actually save me time

- Not always that good at drying

+ even the eco wash surprised me how good it could clean
the best dishwasher I have ever had. Its about the 3rd one.
Very easy to use, far easier than the others.

- We use the washer after 12 midnight and the noise of the water rushing through the pipes is noisy
at times in the dead of night.

+ The 30 minute wash - great cleaning and gets rid of most stains except really cooked on food in which case the next step up wash is great.

- Loading can be a bit tricky. Some of the shelves collapse down to allow bigger items to be cleaned and these sometimes fall down when normal plates are stacked. Also the glass area is slightly too short and our taller wine glasses struggle to fit in.

+ A varied choice of wash cycles & the delayed timer very useful as I am on economy 7.
It washes well leaving no sticky residue.

- Only that you need to remember to set it before closing the door because you can't change the settings after the door is shut.

- Loading dishes - cups mugs glasses standard sizes do not stay upright and there is is lot less spaces than the model I purchased 13 years ago.

- The top tray is very badly designed, it is very difficult to load and cups and mugs have to be wedged into place. The top tray also stops the tablet dispenser from working and required a technician to come to the house to bend parts of it out of the way so it would work.

+ Good choice of programs and temperatures. Cycle times are good, much quicker than our old machine. Cycle performance is as good as any other dishwasher i have had. The quick 30 min cycle is also very good performance, much better than our old one.

- Top basket not the best design, you can't get two rows of glasses side by side. Still doesn't get burnt on stains off the roasting tray or casserole dish, but i haven't found a dishwasher able to do that yet!

+ Quiet and the 30 minute cycle is very useful.

- Not so easy to load as the old one and does not clean a really full load very well.

+ You can fit larger pans in it not trouble at all.; Cleans baked on stuff better than my last one.;

- Doesn't clean glasses very well, leaves that that milky look to them. The three in one detergent button does not work with mine.

+ 30 minute cycle works efficiently although have found the addition of a rinse aid is necessary.

- Rest of the cycles take an incredibly long time.
Does not hold as many cups, glasses etc as my previous Zanussi due to the design of the top rack.

+ I have found that the dishwasher is very quiet

- It is not very easy to load, especially the top rack as glasses etc don't fit into the spaces provided and the slots for the tea plates etc aren't deep enough and the plates and glasses move around when i shut the rack

- where do you load stemmed glasses. My 13 year old one (I got rid offf) was much better.

+ generally speaking the wash cycles, noise and cleaning are OK.

- It's almost impossible to load. The top basket doesn't easily take dishes, cups or glasses, and the bottom basket doesn't accommodate normal family sized plates etc easily. Organising a load takes longer than washing up by hand!

- The top rack is not too successful We use quite a few mugs and the shape of the top rack makes it difficult to load them properly.

+ It is cheap. So it is worth for money. I guess there exist better dishwashers but this one is good and does not cost too much money.

- It is badly designed for stacking dishes, resulting on dishs not cleaning correctly .i'm very disapointed in this product.

+ the ability to raise the top basket easily finally allows for cleaning of my large stone plates that normally i have to hand wash. so quite i have to check its still on! more functions than you can shake a stick at!

- top tray is not as easy as previous zanussi to fill, due to movable "cup" trays. but its just really getting the knack of it

- Wash cycles very much longer than my old Zanussi Aquasave. Top loading tray is a bit of a disaster area in not having a flat base as my previous model had,so nothing will stand up the moment the drawer is pushed in. Does not dry contents as well as my old model where the dishes etc. were very much hotter at the end of the cycle than on this machine -- another "save the planet eco item"?

- Cycle times too long; dishwashers tablets are not automatically released from drawer and have to be placed on cutlery tray; layout and general robustness of racks very poor - galsses and mugs fall over and doesn't really cater for bowls very well either. I had a tricity bendix before this machine and it by far easier to load and had faster wash times.

- Don't like the mesh bit over the fork and knife squares it drives me insane so have removed it!

+ Generally very good.

- The product feels a little flimsier than my previous Zanussi diswasher, the door is very lightweight, and I feel the wash cycles and rinse cycles are longer. My only complaint is with the top rack, it is very difficult to load glasses due to the design of the rack, ie it is not flat, like my previous one so glasses and cups etc, keep falling over, which is quite annoying.

+ Very very quiet, neat unobtrusive controls, handy cutlery spacer and a count down timer.

- Pint and tumbler glasses are difficult to keep upright until the whole row is full, as the rack is a little bit too narrow - have smashed 2 glasses so far as they fell over when pushing the drawer back in, so now leave them laying down until the row is full!

- one bad point is the clearance from the spinners and cutlery container as old fashioned cutlery cannot be mixed with shorter impliments
