Good points:: Chosen for the colour as much as anything which matches our kitchen well, silver. Had Zanussi products all our married life {30 years}. Good price.
Bad points:: Have to agree with other reviewers in that the top basket is awful to load and glasses are impossible! Everything falls over and large plates are hard to fit in lower basket . It seems to use rinse aid like it's going out of fashion as I refill the dispenser at least 3 times a week which I've never had before. To cap it all, the PCB {main control unit} blew up today {11th Nov 2012} and is completely burnt out! Off to buy another dishwasher tomorrow!

Good points:: Very quiet & I like the idea of an eco cycle that determines how much water to use based on dirtiness of plates
Bad points:: 1) IT WASHES TERRIBLY - even on the hottest wash, half the time the glasses remain filthy.
2) The top basket does not fit many glasses in it - it has a central core that is a waste of space - anything you put in it doesn't get washed and affects the quality of the wash - therefore load capacity is small
3) The tab holder quite often fails to open during a wash, so plates are only rinsed and we have to put the cycle back on.
4) I WISH we had never bought this machine!

Good points:: The wash times and display minutes are good

Bad points:: The top shelf is absolutely diabolical. It is the worst design I have ever used on a dishwasher. There is hardly any room for the mugs and cups, and they and the glasses are constantly falling over. I am in touch with your customer services over this, as I ahve only just bought the machine (a month ago) and I feel that their attitude is disgusting. Yes, they reply each time, but then they are asking the same questions for details etc... it makes me wonder if they are reading the emials.
