The washer has good lines, it is easy to use and brings up items gleaming. Things like tea and coffee stained mugs come out really clear. Not to mention it's almost silent. The time delay is also very useful.
-
The trays are not as good as my earlier Zanussi and glases and similar items don't stand as well. Also the cutlery basket lid holes are OK for thin stemmed knives etc. but no good for my kit so I have to have the lid off. This doesn't impair performance though.

not easy to load top deck with lots of mugs as they wobble about,on bottom rack, large dining plates interfere with cutlery basket, back plate rack should be reversed, I tried and eveything fell over,Cleaning not as good as 18 yr old Philips it replaced!:( Instruction manual over complicated, why can't they make it easier to follow?

-
Designed to take tea cups & saucers not mugs. Very difficult to keep mugs upright to ensure they get cleaned and the collapsable rack on the bottom shelf, does just that if you use it for anything other than plates. Would have been nice even to use it for mugs, but it collapses. Never taken a dry load of dishes out of the machine yet, always wet. I would not recommend anyone buy this machine as there are cheaper machines available which would do a more superior job. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with it!

-
Ineffective wash cycle. Looks like the desire to cram in a full 12 place settings has compromised the wash performance. We end up only using every other crockery location. The top tray is also not very convenient for mugs and tumblers - again, probably due to too much focus on a "perfect" table setting - how many people actually use teacups and saucers?
