+ VERY QUIET,I LIKE THE COLLAPSIBLE PLATE RACK FOR EASY LOADING OF PANS ETC. AND THE TIME DELAY.

- NOT BEING ABLE TO STOP THE CYCLE TO ADD EXTRA ITEMS.

+ Good choice of programmes.

+ Easy to load, extremely quiet, good cleaning performance, like being able to lower the bottom rack to accomodate saucepans. Very pleased with the product.

- Even with Finish products, about 1/3rd of every wash is not washed correctly. I have to do a lot of washing by hand.

- slightly awkward to load top drawer if you have large glasses. very dirty dishes don't seem to get cleaned properly on the economic wash (but may be the detergent!)

+ Plenty of stacking room as the racks can be changed in several ways. Looks good.

- Poor cleaning!!! The 50 degree eco cycle won't clean any food remnants at all and even the main 60 degree cycle isn't very good at cleaning saucepans or messy plates - it just spreads bits of brocolli etc all over the rest of the dishes & cups! You have to really rinse everything first which kind of defeats the point of a dishwasher.

+ l like the time delay button so i can do my washing over night. I also like the quick wash if i have only used plates.

- Poor design of upper rack, not suitable for glasses or most crockery such as mugs. Glassware constantly falls over and often breaks as a consequence.

- Have to use the highest cycle to ensure cleaning even on lightly soiled glasses. Tablet door often sticks leaving gooey mess.

- door seems rather flimsy compared to my last one which was hotpoint

- Top rack is badly designed. Tall glasses fall over. I had a zanussi dishwasher before and loved it. So I am very disappointed in this one.

+ Easy to use, not complicated at all. So quiet I haven't noticed it when its on.

- Hard to get glasses to stay upright when loading them in.

+ washing of crockery is good but this may due to the machine being new

- Very badly designed trays, very difficult to load, mugs and glasses fall over. Bottom plate rack keeps collapsing. Overall looks are good but compared to my old dishwasher feels very cheaply made, especially on opening dishwasher and having to turn off dishwasher before opening door.

- Plates don't stay in very well. Space is wasted in the top section. Dishes don't stay in very well.

- It says it holds a 12 piece dinner service, yes if it is only small. It is not designed to hold mugs, only the small tea cups (then it's for 12). There are 4 removable plastic ledges disigned to hold the tea cups on top, however, you can't get a mug underneath so have had to remove all 4 as they are a waste of time and space. I find the layout is not well thought out, and a lot of space is lost. I Had a bosch before and although it was the same size it was huge in comparrison. I wish I would have done my homework then I wouldn't have bought this model. Purely on the size and layout inside.

- Not too brilliant when loading - especially the top basket for cups and glasses etc

- Compared to previous Dishwasher (Hopoint ) the top loading is not as effiecient

+ Dishes come out very clean and there is a 30 minute cycle option which is handy for half loads. Cutlery basket has separate slots to keep items separated. Good value for money.

- The top basket is not very user friendly for glasses. Awkward for loading cups and mugs.

- Don't much like the fold-down plate racks as they fall over, but that is a minor inconvenience.
