Good points:: Easy to use and drys quite quickly is very quiet too. Very good value for money. Perfect for a flat.
Bad points:: The fluff that comes off the clothes does not all stay in the holder and tends to get out and go over the clothes when you pull them out. Not a big issue but can sometimes be annoying. You have to change it quite often to stop this from happening.

so easy to empty the bottle when full.
Can put it anywhere, warm the room.
Can dry a full load at the time.
Bad points:: A bit noisy, but get use to it very quikly

Good points:: Seems well built and solid, so far seems to be great value for money.
Bad points:: Noisy - a Condensing drier is to be used in confined spaces, ours has to fit in the kitchen under a work top, no choice in this. It is very noisy when used in a kitchen.

Vented dryers have a hose which transfers the waste, damp air out of the machine and through a hole in the wall or a window to the outside. They are less expensive than condenser machines but the hose means they need to be placed by an outside wall. Condenser machines collect the excess water within the machine which can then be emptied after use. They therefore do not need a hose and can be placed anywhere in the house.
