Good points:: Quick cycles,easy to use,takes very large loads.
Bad points:: Sometimes an extra spin is needed,suffered from pilling but put that down to new machine which takes some getting used to.
Recommend using liquid detergent & possibly extra rinse cycle.

Built-in machines have a cabinet door attached to the front of them so that they look like the rest of your kitchen. Freestanding machines can be seen and the machine can be placed in any position in your kitchen.
