Good points:: We bought this to substitute for a Rayburn while the latter awaited repair, or when we could not wait for it to warm up. Superb piece of equipment for the money; very versatile e.g. chips and sausages are cooked quickly and to a standard v close to a conventional oven
Bad points:: Must go on the work top. Microwave is weak (only to 750 Watts) but useable. You need to consult the booklet to ensure the utensils you are using are correct for the programme. There is no booklet of reference cooking times, but we found it quite easy to do without after a brief period of experimentation. Warranty only 1 year in UK (Eire is 2 years). But still worth it. Will be interesting to see how long it takes to develop a fault given the short warranty for UK purchasers

Good points:: For anyone not wanting to use a large oven, this will do nicely! I have cooked a full roast in here and just love it. The functions are like any others - take a bit of getting used to, but for ease of use when you know the functions, fantastic!

Built-in machines have a cabinet door attached to the front of them so that they look like the rest of your kitchen. Freestanding machines can be seen and the machine can be placed in any position in your kitchen.

Conventional ovens heat from the bottom so the top of the oven will be slightly hotter than the bottom. This is useful when you’re cooking lots of different dishes at a time. However, they do take a little longer than fan ovens to heat up. Convection (or fan) ovens circulate the air so that you get an even temperature throughout the oven. They are quicker to heat up which means they save on energy and time. Multifunction (convection or conventional) ovens give you the flexibility to use different methods of cooking.
