+ I really like the information about each programme e.g. water consumption and energy use as well as the digital display that shows temperature and duration times. I also like the size (7kg) load an some programmes. The fact that some programmes have a choice of temperature. it is incredibly quiet at 1600 spin and so far Iam delighted. It was also very good value for money.

- Build quality may not be quite as robust as my 16 year old Tricity Bendix butso far so good.

+ very good controls you have a lot of control what you what it to do nice drum size washing cycle not to long my last washing machine took about 2hrs to do a daily load this one take's an hour so its a lot more energy efficiency.

- only one bad point could do with an extra rinse in the rinseing cycle
