The glass shelves are better than wire ones in the model this replaces, but there are no "half-shelves", so take them from the old one if you are replacing old model with new model.
Old model lasted 17 years with no problems.
-
There are fewer shelf supports than in the model it replaces, therefore less flexibility in use of space.
Use of "pin" in hinge to prevent greater-than-90 degree opening catches on hinge, therefore is unuseable.

The pin that prevents the door opening too far does not fit well and does not make the door operate smoothly as the bottom of the door rubs against the top of the pin. Will get easier with use !

I find it is very roomy - much more so than my previous one. The temperature control seems good too - although I have only had it a few weeks. It seems to be the same temperature all over. Also very quiet running - so far!
-
I don't really have any bad points - I don't think it is quite a sturdily build as my previous one which was 10 years old. We did find the fixings for the door front were quite complicated and it could have been simplified considerably. My son, who is a carpenter, fitted the fridge in and the door front on - it really needed somebody that knew what they were doing!

Fitting instructions are in diagrams only, which are impossible to follow. Written instructions needed too. Bottom shelf is only half shelf so fridge description should read two and a half shelves, not three. Drop down compartments in the door cannot be used when tall containers eg., milk containers are placed in bottom compartment of door.

Replaced another whirlpool refridgerator with this one. Found it impossible to change the door round from left opening to right opening.
