A 100% Serious engineering solution - able to support and manage really big screens well.
It has a superb range of motion and makes fine tuning the screen position relative to the central pivot point of the bracket quite easy. The transverse mounting bars (directly behind the screen) look a bit big in the images, but even my 37 inch screen hides them perfectly. Every part is rock solid and built to last.
My screen normally sits in a recessed alcove beside my fireplace, which made room wide visibility practically impossible with any other mounting system. The EFW6345 has so much reach that it solved that problem and allowed for for vertical and horizontal fine tuning after mounting. When Its not in use the screen effortlessly glides back against the wall.
Highly Recommended - Bad points:

The cable management system could be improved; but even this element is solid and visually minimal.
I think a system of secondary guide rings could be added to the design to support the cables behind the screen as it moves forward.

Good instructions for installation, looks good, excellent for extension and turning to view across a room.
Very good value. - Bad points:
- Stiff to pull out. You need to use the two allan keys to lock the tilt, but it is very secure..

- It's easy to use - although the mechanism is a bit stiff and requires frequent squirts of WD40 - and holds the Tv in just the right position.
- Bad points:
- Attaching it to the wall was not easy, the cable mangement was also cumbersome and the price is a touch on the steep side!
