+ Supports tv with ease and positions easily

- Had a problem with the plastic connection between the bracket and the tv.-It shattered. Replacement had no such problems -thanks

+ Well made, good looking, robust, very high quality bracket (miles better than typically available on the high street for similar money from the larger electrical retailers).

- The wall fixings supplied are absolute junk - the screws really are cheap nasty. Both screws broke when screwing into the wall. What should have been a 30 minute job turned into a 2+ hour job by the time I'd removed the broken fixings, repaired the wall, re-drilled etc. I'd strongly recommend throwing the supplied fixings away and using something else. If it wasn't for this, I'd rate the product 10/10.

- Rawl plugs and screws not strong enough. Replaced with better quality (once I'd snapped all three screw heads in the wall!)

+ The product does extend well and allow the TV to be moved into many positions

- The screws supplied for fixing the product to the wall were really weak and light. 2 of them snapped as I was screwing them into the wall plugs, meaning I had to drill new holes and then fill and hide old ones. Very frustrating that a good product is supplied with such poor fixings. I have written to Vogels and had no reply

- Rawlplugs too bulky for no. 8 drill sized hole and screws snapped off before fully screwed in. Therfore had to refix using own plugs and screws.

- the screws it comes with can be weak. a one bent and one actually broke in half whilst screwing into the wall. a little care is needed.

- Rather expensive when compared to other similar products.

+ It does its job in an effective manner and depending on the angle you are viewing the television set from the bracket is hidden from view.

- The instructions aren't very clear.
Some of the components that are supplied with the bracket are poorly suited to the bracket itself, making mounting the bracket on the wall more difficult than it should be.
Be carefully when tightening the plastic housing on the structure holding the television itself. This does not feel secure enough and there is the danger of over tightening.

+ There's not much that can go wrong with this product. You screw it to the wall and slot the TV into it.

- The plastic clip that slots into the main bracket could be more robust.
