+ - Email.
- Can edit Word and Excel documents.
- Screen is large enough to both read and edit Word and Excel documents; and has excellent resolution.
- Very intuitive to use (especially if familiar with a Windows environment.
- Keyboard is useable.
- When Active Sync is set up, this is a very powerful device: helps ensure your contacts, emails, calendar and tasks are kept in sync.

- - Battery life is very poor: if using Active Sync for emails, battery lasts around 24-36 hours.
- Weight: significantly heavier than a standard phone or Blackberry - but does have lots more features.
- Need to do soft resets more than you would expect eg once every three weeks; much more frequently if you are using phone abroad (eg in Sweden I needed to do a soft reset at least once a day.
