+ This phone is everything that I need, I'm not sure if it would be to everyones taste, but in my eyes it is fantastic. The keyboard is great, very easy to text with or e-mail. Scrolling through lists with my finger is great, so much easier. Being able to take out the phone in boring situations and play bubble breaker is great! Office Mobile is fantastic and internet is great. Overall, this phone is a gem, it is just like a computer in so many ways, and it fits into your pocket or bag!

- Only one, the alarms that are on this phone will no way wake me up, so having to fish around on the internet to find ways of using a wav. file as my alarm sound, haven't had much luck yet but hopefully will find out soon.

+ Well working GPS , easy to navigate interface, compatibile with any PC, a lot of third party software, keyboard with touch screen make a good mix.

- Quite bulky, processor and memory not fast enough (this is windows system which when you install to many soft has a tendency to freeze)
Lack of full control i.e. ActivaSync always on , and there is no way to turn it off (always comes back)
Camera is not the greatest thing.
