+ This phone looks great, it has great features such as music, camera, web and can have more memory.

- The battery life i find isn't as good as i would like and the volume without the headphones, such as ringtones and stuff is to quiet.

+ Its quite easy to use and is quite smart

- not realy found any problems except the keypad

+ looks good, masculine phone, my husband loves it

- have quite a bit of trouble with the bluetooth, but getting there eventually

+ This phone is great is is fantatic for whatever type of use you would use it for its has a great colour screen, great music listenng etc

+ Firstly, i would recommend this as a first phone! It is easy to use and does look quite good for the price of it. The best thing about this phone is the camera, and texting is relatively easy for me too! For people that are into playing music etc. (all the technical stuff!) then this isnt the phone for them. Overall, i would say this is quite a good phone.

- Okay, dont be put off by this but there are a few bad points. 1. The phone will only play Mp3 tracks which is ratehr annoying because most tracks i want from bluetooth are wma's! Although you can get a programme downloaded onto your computer to sort this out. 2. You cannot put a security lock onto this phone eg. to lock messages :although you CAN have a phone lock which locks it when you switch the phone off. 3. The buttons are quite small for people with big fingers! 4. The games on this phone are only demo games which is rather cheeky

- Battrey life could be a little better, but I suppose that is because I use it so much.

- No mac support can't mount SD via USB

+ i like everything about the phone,the only thing was it does not accept wma songs so we had to convert them to mp3

+ Easy to text and use on a daily basis generally speaking (see below). Sound quality for calls and sound is good

- The arrow buttons on the main screen are far too small and too easily mixed up with other buttons.
synchronisation software doesn't allow import of music in either iTunes or Windows media player format which is very silly!

+ Easy to use, looks good, good range of features for the price, good battery life

- Couldn't get it to communicate with PC over USB and therefore can't install the sync software, text reverts to capitals after apostrophe, music quality is tinny over headphones but can't use other headphones due to socket type

- no flash! the sound goes all crackily

+ It is fairly easy to use. The camera is good quality.

- Messaging is a bit long winded. It has a fault where sometime people cant hear you talking but I dont want to do without a phone and send it back so I turn the phone off and on again and it then works.

+ cheap n cheerfull.

- still can't connect to the internet/live,despite phoning the call centre months ago.
