+ Excellent picture, easy to setup and customise settings

+ for the price it's a pretty good monitor. Nice sharp colours but needs some fiddling to get it set right, but once adjusted delivers a good viewing experiance

+ The image quality is better than my previous Dell screen, which is really the only comparison I have. I am a designer so this is important to me, particularly the colour accuracy. It was easy to install.

- I haven't really found any real bugbears yet. My husband thought the image quality when viewing from the side wasn't great, but this is not a problem when using it normally.

- Software doesn't likeMicroSoft Vista and has to be loaded manually bit of a pain and would freak out some people!

- Even though its a 22" screen, most web sites are not set for this size, but its ok.

- Had a problem finding drivers for the PC to run it, although that's probably because it's old. This has meant that we've ended up with smaller fonts than we wanted in some cases which is a shame as we bought it for someone who wanted a larger screen so it was easier to read.
