The support from the ophthalmologists is great.

+ Really funky glasses that I brought to just wear occasionally, but I had so many positive comments about the style and cheerful colour that I now wear them more than my every day glasses.

- Still having to fiddle with them to make them fit! they are a little wide. This is the only downside of buying online and not an opticians. Feel i cannot walk into the opticians where i had my eyes tested and ask them to alter them!

- Not as comfortable as other pair, wider fitting makes them more 'slippy' and the half-frame can distort my vision.

+ Stylish, great colour, goes with most of my wardrobe and style. Frames are comfortable - I wear hearing aids (as I am deaf) and they don't interfere or cause feedback. Frames the right shape for oval/round faces as they balance the roundness with more definition. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.

- The size of the lenses may be a bit small for some people but I didn't need any bifocals so they were big enough for me.

- Unfortunately the inner nose piece snapped off while wearing them and the arm snapped off so I can't wear them now. The latter was probably my fault but I have not snapped off an arm on any pair of glasses before.

+ They are light, comfortable, fashionable and I don't notice I am wearing them until someone compliments me on them, which is more often than with any of my other glasses. I have recently invested in a second pair of these in another colour. As the owner of 7 pairs of glasses, these are my favourite by far.

- The nose bit (clear plastic bit that touches the nose) came off recently. I would expect higher quality than that. But they were very cheap, and I can probably get someone to fix a replacement nose bit back on.

- As there are no 'ridges' in the arm design, it is not possible to fit a glasses chain to hang round the neck when not in use.

- nose pieces a little uncomfortable, they leave indentations on each side of my nose so I tend to wear them lower down and peer over the top!
