- I have had poor quality results...even when the actual slide is perfectly ok? I was expecting to be able to turn the brightness and colour up or down to achieve an optimal scan? Thsi doesn't seem to be possible... so the scanned result is either unusable or very poor quality compared to the original slide? Am I doing anything wrong?
