- It was almost assembled for you so it was quick and easy to use. The carpets came up clean and it was easy to get rid of the used water. Would highly recommend

- very noisy,heavy, accessories fall off all the time. The filter blocks and needs constant cleaning. the cost of a spare filter is high. The belt breaks if the rollers are stopped.
