- leaks the dirty water tank needs changing to quickly. don't think the brushes are very good for scrubing the carpets.

Score 9.0/10+ Easy to fill with clean water and empty dirty water, cleans well. Powerfull but not too noisy and easy to use.
- The hoses on the back get in the way a little but they are removed easily if you don't need them. The dirty water resevoir can be fitted incorrectly so that water does not get sucked up properly, however once you get the technique it is easy to get right.

Score 10.0/10+ I am using this carpet cleaner at a youth work drop in facility. The young people aren't exactly well house trained! The carpet (heavy duty) gets filthy. I am surprised at how much cleaner it looks after just one go. It would probably take at least 3 gos to get it pefect. We are all well impressed.
- Wrap round tube flies off occasionally when using machine.

- Lead needs to be placed higher up handle for ease of control, the double wrapped hose is a ligttle bulky and the collection moodule can be a little tricky to attach. Cleanming the collection module is ok but difficult to get fluff out of crevices
