+ Easy to use and gives a brilliant finish. Gets very heavily carpets looking almost new.

Water collection container too small.
Foam filter in the collection container should be moulded from a different plastic which does not disintegrate in a short
space of time after contact with the detergent.Washing this item after use is not sufficiently emphasised.In my opinion
this is a SERIOUS quality failure,on which it would be nice to see some action.

+ Seems to do what you expect. You do need to experiment with certain requirements and cleaning solutions, you don't always need to use shampoo, soda water is just as good, this leaves no residue.

- What a chore setting it up!.....I only used the machine once and the filter disintegrated...why??? haven't a clue! Does it work properly without one?? Didn't realise it was a 'Wet & Dry', what does that mean??

+ Easy to handle,filling tank and emptying dirty fluid is clean and none messy. slick design and colour makes it appealing and it is a good all round peformer.

+ The dirt this thing sucks out is amazing (or maybe I should say disgusting) - no matter how clean you think you keep your carpets/upholstery this will prove otherwise.

- It can be heavy going on the arms if you have a large room to do.

- Fluid squirts everywhere when using the upholstery tool, not good when doing the stairs or cleaning chairs. Tank could do with being a little bigger and have an extra grip to hold, its heavy when full.

+ Easy to set up and use. Fuss free on board tools. Excellent cleaning results, brought my cream dining room chairs up a treat, removing all traces of my 3 mucky kids!

- I used the upholstery attachment to clean my dining room chairs, whilst the machine did an excellent job of cleaning them, it was a messy job, the head is a little hard to control and the water sprayed everywhere, soaking the kitchen floor. I would advise that when using it on smaller items of furniture, you do it in a room you can mop.

- because of its size it needs refilling when you clean a big carpet but that is compensated by its light weight and ease of refilling.

+ Was fairly cheap

- It leaves the carpet fairly wet and although it takes up some muck it's not great. It's also very loud.

+ Easy to assemble and use - and easy to store away!. this is not a huge machine which takes up loads of space so it's ideal for our home.

- Seem to have to keep emptying the dirty water quicker than I had thought.
