- Good points:
-
-Easy to fold up and move.
-Magnetic emergency shut off.
-Good speed range for beginners.
-Easy to follow instructions included.
-Recommended warm-up/cool-down routine and diet guide included.
-Solid construction.
-Much quieter than expected. - Bad points:
-
-Though folding up reduces the footprint of the machine, making it easy to put in a corner of a room, it makes it quite tall.
-Heartbeat sensor has quite a large margin of error (usually +/- 10-15 bpm)
-Low top speed for advanced runners, I am just a beginner with low fitness (and a smoker) and I feel quite comfortable running at 7.5 - 8 kph (top speed is 10kph).
-Getting the belt set right so it does not slip or run off centre can take some time.
-Lubricating the belt can be irritating as you have to loosen it off quite a lot to get underneath it (even using a lubrication kit that comes with a foam applicator for even distribution). The sides of the treadmill make it difficult to get at and you then have to readjust the belt to avoid slipping (see above comment).
