It's triple A rated so is energy efficient, it was really good value at the time and it's easy to clean and looks smart.

The grill pan could be bigger and could have the handle attached (you have to put it on each time you want to use it). It's a bit annoying having to take the handle off each time and the room is there for it to be wider.

the easy clean silver only relates to front doors, thought top area would be easier to keep clean. Area around dials is black, so shows marks quickly, difficult to keep clean and mark free.
Only difficulty with purchase on line is that you only really see what you've got once it's been delivered and you've fiited it. By then, you've got what you bought!!

The led does not illuminate when the hobs are on.
You have to remove the grill handle when grill it is in use, so it is a real pain having to keep attaching it when you want to pull the grill pan out.

Grill tray mesh too soft and spaces to wide food falls through. Grill tray has a shaped device which slots into the rack to stop it sliding off when you pull out the rack this is poor and if not placed correctly the tray can slide off the back of the rack into the back of the oven. Our old cooker had two raised bars on the rack at the back much simpler and more effective Oven racks are the same when you draw them out to help you lift out a casserole dish, the dish can slide off the back. Also all the racks have two raised corners to stop you completely sliding them out of the oven by accident unfortunately these are not sufficient to stop this happening. The correct design should stop this happening, you should have to tilt the rack up once you have draw it out to the resistance point in order to remove it this one could cause a serious burn as i can easily slide the racks out with a hot dish on and with little or no resistance and definitely no need to tilt up.

Appears very sturdy, bad points from previous cookers are not present on this one (e.g. controls on top not front, better for safety and don't get hot from grill), no bells and whistles (i.e. no pointless and unused halogen hob), just does the job. Very good temperature control, haven't yet found it possible to burn anything. Very good results from baking cakes and roasting joints. Cleans easily, certainly compared to previous cooker! Very pleased with price and so far with cooker, seems a major leap forward in so many ways.

Seems to take longer to cook in ovens, but increase in temperature seems to handle this. Silly detachable grill pan handle, use oven cloth/gloves for pan anyway. Oven light good but would really like switch to turn this off so just turn on when need.

Dial pointers not over bright so I sometimes leave hob on after use.
No light in top oven- so cannot see to clean it!!
Shelves do not have a stop to avoid pulling them out too far. VERY dangerous.

Stylish. Bigger top oven. Better angle of control/function knobs. Good LED display.
MUCH better main oven door opening. As my old Tricity Sovereign was a drop down door.

Shame about grill tray. Not very robust. In fact when I took off all the tape and packaging one of the wires wasn't welded to one side. I checked all contents when oven arrived but not into that detail!
The grill handle more complicated than my old grill handle. You have to slide it into position first which isn't always easy.

Nice looking item - fingerproof stainless steel front saves on cleaning. Good sized top oven/grill

Control panel plate very shiny and not easy to clean......shows up every mark.
Also, control knobs could be marked so that it is clearer which heat level they are turned to. I have twice switched to level 6 instead of level 1 and had the burnt offerings to prove it!
Finally, as with most cookers, the grill pan handle is just too long for the top oven door to be closed when the handle is fitted to the grill pan. A shorter handle could solve the problem and would still be easy to handle.

With my old cooker I used to get a rush of hot air when I opened the door, this does not happen now as there is a fan which blows out cool air.

Difficult to see whether switches are on or off - I have to feel for the groove in the switch itself - it should be painted white or silver so it can be SEEN to be in the OFF position - could be very dangerous!

Doors have glass inner and outer and ther is a gap between and it is almost impossible to clean in-between them. The gap is 'open' and it is easy to spill things into the area, but no easy way of cleaning it.

Energy efficient, ovens heat up very quickly and food cooked quicker than old cooker.

as previous reports, grill handle is totally useless and doesn't "click" into place as designed. Would prefer to have option for oven light to be on or off and steam from bottom oven mists up the top oven glass (between the two glass pieces)

The cooker looks good, it has clean lines which makes it easy to keep clean. The oven heats quickly. It has a separate grill, which is brilliant if you want to grill and cook in the oven at the same time. The ceramic hob is very easy to keep clean. It is double 'A' rating making it energy efficient. A very nice looking cooker!

The timer alarm is a little quiet, but, ok if you are still in the same room. The dials on the hob are a little bit hard to see (if eyesight is not good); as they are all black, you cannot tell where they are pointing.

Sleek design that is easy on the eye. Impressive with the hobs that whilst not halogen, respond quickly and are easily controllable. Both oven ovens are quick and efficient as its the grill. I've always used gas before so was dubious about the jump to electric but I have no regrets.

for this price, its unusual to actually get a clock - with a fully programmable timer. Also looks nice, is sturdy.

Will never use the grill handle, especially if it cant be left on whilst using the grill, so will resort to oven gloves to push it is and pull it out
