- great for video editing, fast. for the money this is the best laptop you can buy performance wise and the big screen is high quality and great for editing and watching movies.

- the casing is abit weak around the cd drive.

Touch keys on left of keyboard easily pressed accidentally, interrupting what you're doing with other applications.
Chkdsk runs every time you boot which on a 640GB system means a wait of 4 hours every time you startup - this can be resolved by turning off check disk altogether in the registry but it's annoying that you have to do this.

- Good points:
- A large 16 x 9 inch screen, great for internet browsing, videos, photos and games. Lots of options for screen layout and presentation. Excellent sound quality from two speakers. Good keyboard layout, and an energy saving feature which reduces the power useage to that of a smaller computer. In addition, the computer automatically switches to a higher processor speed for game use.
- Bad points:
- There is a tendency for the left hand to touch the extra video and sound controls adjacent to the keyboard, but it's easily avoided when you get used to the machine. Because of it's size and weight, it's probably not the best computer for carrying about on business or pleasure trips.
