Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Good clear display.
Excellent value for money.
Windows 7 come with the option for power save balanced and high performance when using the laptop to save energy when your moving about.
Brilliant graphics card plays HD easily and can play the new GTA at low settings.
Good processor its never slowed down with the computer on high performance.
No glossy surface that's just going to attract finger prints and scratches
Webcams ok (unless you leave the plastic on).
Office 2010 works smoothly on power save.
Nice multi touch mouse pad (only takes a bit to get use to).
Extra Num pad is good for gaming.
Awesome 640GB hardrive (don't know how im going to fill it up).
Bad points:
Not the best quality on the outside(feels a bit plasticy) but still sturdy enough that it doesn't matter.
Battery last 4 hours at best but its a powerful laptop your not going to get much better than that plus you can buy extra battery which just slips in/out the back.
Speakers aren't great but again laptops don't usually come with high quality speakers.
Mouse pad isn't good for gaming (your thumb rests on it when you use WASD) but you can use external mouse and switch off mousepad (hold FN F9).
Only 2 USB port and no HDMI out port to connect to the TV (does have vga out).
Not easy for average user to update software drivers although Toshiba alerts you it never give a direct link to download it. (you have to search the website a bit email me if you have any problems with this or something else)

Good points:

Bad points:
only had it two weeks and it needs to be returned to Toshiba as it has a problem restarting once it has gone into hibernation. Not sure if that's because its a refurb? at least it has 1 year warranty, hopefully they will sort the problem.
