I use this laptop for work and the processor is extremely fast. It is very light and impressed on how easy it was to set up too.

A longer battery life would be good as I do spend a few hours doing my work - having to re-charge can be time consuming.

By and large easy to use. It needs to be,and is, virtually idiot proof.

A little too sensitive for 68 year old arthritic fingers - minimises very quickly and frequently. This is not a product fault since my children do not have the same problem as I do. I find a mouse much easier.

If you're interested in gaming or watching films, dont bother!! It has a rubbish graphic card so when watching films, you can see the pixels. If you need some thing for gaming etc, I recommend to read reviews specifically for such purposes.
