Lack of clarity in finding what is the Product Key so part of it is disabled.
It's weight, but it is of such good quality one can't have everything.

Good size screen, excellent sound system and good gaming card. Enough USB ports for my needs and charges battery quickly. Satisfactory weight for size of laptop but it is not light!
Screen clear and sharp, Good 3d graphics. Had problems setting up initial user account as used "student" description and so could not save any documents as only given limited access. Suggest you DO NOT describe yourself as student but as "Home User".
- Battery life limited. Shiny keys and outside casing shows all fingerprints. Prefer matt finish or silver matt finish instead.

Score 6.0/10+ On paper its an excellent laptop with lots of good features, looks good too.
- Its a hard screen, which i've broken after owning it for 3 weeks. Absolutely gutted as it's going to cost me a fortune to get fixed. Also, for the processor and RAM it's supposed to have, its incredibly slow. When online the mouse pointer keeps freezing up. Not impressed.
