It has nice outlook with its black polished keyboard. It's a nice touch as long as cleaned and wiped after each use.
-
The fan inside its system is loud. Its design in keyboard and itself shows every bit of dust and dirt.

A nicely designed laptop with nothing I'd wish to change about it except perhaps the mouse's touch pad, but thats probably a personal thing. In general we've also discovered the joys of not being tied to a PC thats fixed to a single permanent location in the home.
-
Unless you go into 'Control Panel' to switch them off, the mouse's touch pad can be extremely irritating, scrolling through pages inexplicably until you discover why! I've also yet to track down why the cursor moves backward through a sentence when I'm typing with the result that words get scrambled, but its a very small issue on an otherwise excelelnt machine.

Its fast, the design is simple and at the same time super cool... Its as the best sound you can find in a laptop.
The performance is the best you can find in the market (money/performance).
-
Maybe the batterry should last longer.... My old ASUS would stay on for 6/7 hours and this one only lasts for 3/4 hours while playing a game or surfing on the net.

Pretty fast laptop, ideal for any kind of advanced office use, or baisic media functions. Good sounds quality through fairly large speakers, and a nice keyboard. Not too heavy, but like most PC laptops, it could be lighter. Decent quality web-cam, nice clear picture, better than the picture I was getting with my external desktop one I used to have.
-
Fairly weighty, can't handle too much at once, I tried to set up the web-cam and my recording equipment so that I could record myself playing on cam for a youtube vid, but it just couldn't handle it, lots of freezing in the final cut. Also, one problem that keeps coming up is this: When writing anything such as this, anything longer than a sentance the curser will jump back a few words completely on its own, leaving you typing amongst words that you wrote before, and by the time you realise it's a big mess. Very anoying little problem.

The speakers are really good and probably the best I've ever heard on a laptop whilst the design really stands out with it's shiny glossy look. The 3GB of RAM is also quite powerful compared to other similar priced laptops.
-
The touchpad is sometimes a bit slow to react and the 'media buttons' can be annoying if you touch the main one by accident when the machine is switched off, as it turns the laptop on without your request.
