Good points:: Lovely Design which is slim and light, Good SD & HD Image Quality, Great Price Compared to Other Brands. Youtube XL Videos look great.
Bad points:: Very Slight Motion Blur but not enough to be an issue or disruptive and expected with LCD, yet noticeable against my outgoing Plasma. Wifi connectivity did not seem as strong as say a PS3 or Apple products, could just be poor range.

Good points:: Slimline and easy to wall mount. Excellent picture
Bad points:: Sound not great but bought a sound bar. Toshiba web presence poor but didn't buy it for web use
