Poor positioning of on off switch
Very very poor support software on PC, almost unusable
Really difficult to get third party POIs in and working
Very slow to aquire satellites compared to my old tom-tom one

- Had no alternative but to purchase a replacement for my old one as I was unable to update it. This did not please me having just paid around £40 for an update !!!
