Tesco Value 3 Person Dome Tent

+ Excellent for occasional use which is what we bought it for. It's extremely compact and lightweight and is easy to put up and take down. It was very cheap and good value.

- The tent is a bit flimsy, especially the poles although it did withstand quite a strong wind. A small amount of water did get in when it rained.

+ bought two as gift for young family members and frankly good enough for two to go camping in, so easy to put up 2 seven year olds did it in 10 minutes. Great value for money, Very pleased

+ This tent is ideal for short stays - my 2 children stayed in it at the weekend - they had loads of room for themselves and their things. It did rain and everything seemed to stay very dry. It is very easy to put up and take down - lightweight and easy to store - i would recommend it

+ I was in a camp-site which was hit with gale force winds and my little tent survived the night. There were plenty of other tents that were destroyed in the storm but this one really took the punishment in its stride. I rated medium for waterproofness because it didn't rain.

+ It did not rain when i used this tent so i cannot rate it on that. I also only used it for 2 people sharing the tent and if there was a 3rd person it would have been cramped in my opinion. It was extremely easy to put up. Very light. Also when i was camping we had a minor hurricane and it managed to stay up with the winds. when tents around me were breaking and blowing away. Also another thing i noticed around the campsite this had been a popular choice with many other people.

+ my son and his friend ( both 13) put the tent up on there own in the garden. They slept out one night in it. thw weather hasn't been good enough since to use it,
