- Good points:
- So far I have onyl used the write option which I am very familiar and comfortable with. I find it very easy to use, unlike other popular ones, i.e. Microsoft and Open Office. It also has more hands on capabilities than either these two and although there are limits they are no the kind that will or would prevent me in recommending this great one - off purchase.
- Bad points:
- As far as Write is concerned none that I know off. With regards the other; come back to me in a years time when I have NOT renewed my paid for packages for security etc. and I will give you my assessment then.

- did not get chance to try.i deleted it out of annoyance
- Bad points:
- once downloaded i had to delete it as it woud no work properly. when i wanted to open word documents, it froze !

All software expect security installs on Windows 7 - Bad points:
- Security software only supports Vista and XP, doesn't support Windows 7
