+ easy to get at and clean the filters, easy emptying, brilliant at picking up dog hair from carpets

- The hose is not long enough when using the hose with attachments and is super "springy" so tends to pull the vacuum over when stretched

+ Nice design, easy on/off switch. Looks good

- suction is very poor on carpets. Emptyng is a bit messy as dust flies about from the filter.

+ Excellent value for money. The overall appearance is very stylish and it does everything l expected. It was easy to assemble and l like the fact that there are lots of openings to clear any blockages ie build up of debris.
Very good suction and the turbo brush is fantastic on the stairs.
