+ very easy to use and with not many functions. It's better to have a simple toaster which has basic functions than one with lots of complex extras. You can do thick slices of bread which is great. And it's fantastic value for money for a four slice toaster.

- The slots are quite short so you can't get ordinary sliced white bread in completely. The top bit sticks up. You can't put the slice of bread in sideways as it doesn't fit in the slot.

+ Good to have two sets of controls; if you only want two slices of toast! It's also very quick.

- Can't think of any.

+ Looks quite nice.

- You can only fit the bread in sideways if your slice is not too big. Otherwise, you are forced to fit it lengthways when it does not toast at the top. The toasting is not even and the machine does not pop all the way up when it is done. It is therefore very hard to take the toast out once it is done. The dial to adjust how brown you want your toast does not work very well. It is either burnt or soggy.

+ Looks good, great price for a 4 slicer

- Slow to toast and you have to turn the bread halfway through or a good inch of the toast remains as bread!

+ Excellent quality at a competitive price.

- A little on the large size but it is a 4-slice toaster.

- it is a bit too basic, it doesn't pop up a long way, so you tend to have to fish for things like muffins and crumpets, it seems like they weigh the carriages down too much.

+ Its an attractive addition to the kitchen.Very handy having a setting for each side as i like my toast light and my husband dark.

+ Good size family toaster or even if there is just 2 of you its toast for 2 altogether not having to have a slice each. Nice looking and very easy to use. I am very pleased with it.

- Can't really point out any bad points unless you have not got a lot of room on the work top but it doesn't look out of place.
