- Doesn't brown the toast evenly. You have to spin the slice round to cook the toast all over.

- Really is quite large (takes up more space than I anticipated!) and angled designed means that I often have an untoasted strip at the top of my bread. Also, does not always toast evenly.

Score 10.0/10+ Does all that I need it to do. A great feature is that it will take any size of bread, even doorstep crusty fresh bread. Also if you are toasting a smaller piece of bread, crumpet or bagel it has a feature which you can make the bagel come nearer to the top of the slot to lift out with ease. Can' think of anything I would change about it really
