Good points:: Nice weight. Good multi directional plate.Long cord. Heats up quickly. Two spray features. Pleasure to iron now and coming from a bloke that's saying a lot!
Bad points:: Can't think of any, other reviewers have complained about the trigger beneath the handle getting in the way but I got on with it ok.
