Good points:: very easy to handle, very efficient, would recomend.
Bad points:: Filler tank for water. Holds quite a good amount but is a little difficult to fill, not enough width to pour water into.

Good points:: Irons well and removes all creases.
Bad points:: Lead a little on the short side and you have to be careful when water tank has been filled as it easily spills out if you tilt iron too far.
