Liam, Castlederg, County Tyrone. 8 cuppas a day
- Good points:
- Its instant hot water and very handy for that quick cuppa. If you fancy a glass of filtered room temperature water its brilliant too.
- Bad points:
- The only bad point for me is that I would like my cuppa a bit hotter and find that when I use this item I sometimes have to use a bit of boiling water from the kettle to warm up my tea or coffee that I have taken from the Tefal one cup.

- Good points:
- Very quick boiling water if you just need a few mugs or cups full. Built in filter if you want filtered water as well. Nice idea as it does save power and therefore is green if you are into that sort of thing.
- Bad points:
- NOISY and VIBRATES, guaranteed to wake the household! Sounds like a cross between a coffee perc and a muffled car horn. Time consuming to descale with water and white vinegar solution, this is monthly if you are in a hard water area. Drips all over your worktops after use and if you need more than a few mugs, such as a washing up bowl full, pull up a chair. Frequently gets some kind of lockup which won't reset unless you power it down for ages. On my second one in less than a year, read into that what you will. Nice idea but microwaving a mug of water is probably just as efficient with alot less noise and cleaning hassles.

- Good points:
- Time taken to heat the water
- Bad points:
-
- The water is not boiling, just slightly above warm.
- The noise generated by the kettle is unacceptable, way too loud for an item that is supposed to be innovative!!
- Using the start/stop button to control the amount of water poured into a cup is not ideal, if you look to do something else whilst the cup is being filled, too much water can be put in!

- Good points:
- Idea in principal is very good, especially for older people who find lifting a kettle difficult. Also, the speed in which it "boils" is very good.
- Bad points:
- However, I had 3 kettles before I got one that actually worked. It is very noisy and it doesn't actually "boil" The temperature is just below boiling, so tea is not that pleasant - coffee is fine!
