i had one already, so i bought one for my mom, she loves it and the sound quality is excellent.
it looks good, it sounds good, is the cheapest i found on the market of it size and quality.

Score 9.0/10+ Price, sound quality, ease of use. I purchased this for my Mother in Law (85 years) and although I had to set it up, she finds it very good.
- Could have more presets; buttons could be bigger and more spaced out. Would be good to be able to switch it off on the set and not at the mains; leaving it on standby is a waste of power.

Enjoy sound quality!
- Not enough pre-set options, 4 is nowhere near enough as it is very time consuming to locate other stations which you are unable to save (because 4 other stations are already set up) and will have to go through same process on another day!

Score 4.0/10+ All quite easy to use, clear display, very nice looking and good value for money.
- The radio 'hums' when turned off, which is a little worrying as it's only 8 inches from my head when I sleep, not sure if this is normal or not, have never noticed it with any other electrical appliance. Also the blue standby light is very bright at nighttime.
