Score 8.0/10+ Great design, looks great, and is really compact for a unit with a lot of featrures.
- You can't get away with only an HDMI cable at the start, you'll need either a scart or s-video cable as well. You need the on screen display working to turn the HDMI output on.

Score 9.0/10+ It's so versatile, and doesn't take up a lot of room. I played a video from a memory stick using the USB connection. I managed to set it to region 0 in the end.
- Not tremendously loud. I wish you could set some defaults i.e. leave it on Rock setting.

Score 5.0/10+ General Finish
- unit recieved was faulty so i dont think i would be keen to buy another teac product. It did not have normal tone controls. ie Treble & Bass. Remote control not as good as the Denon one I have now which is very good.

Score 8.0/10+ Compact design - the comination of DVD, CD, DAB, plus AUX and USB inputs make this a great budget amp for a small room where space is a premium. The DVD player is better and has more funtion than I'd expected. We use USB input for audio and movies downloaded from PC - it works a treat.
- The audio out is not very powerful (sub makes it better). I didn't think I'd miss 5.1 Dolby (this is a second unit in the kids day-room) - but I do. I have tried with several speaker makes and none sound gr8.

Score 9.0/10+ Compact design, lots of features, good performance and impressive sound
- Doesn't accept 4mm banana speaker cable connections

Score 7.0/10+ OK product
- HDMI set-up. You need to enter set-up menu via SCART to select HDMI output. No information on this and it seems unit is faulty when you connect via HDMI (no video, no set up-menu). Poor design

Score 7.0/10+ Can play from a variety of different sources and file types
- Finding a specific track on a mp3 DVD is a bit tedious. The ability to use a directory structure would be useful

Score 8.0/10+ Very good range of radio stations picked up by the DAB receiver.
- Thought that i'd be able to plug my iPod into it - but I can't!

Score 7.0/10+ Great little system, does exactly what it says! Good sound quality and picture quality from such a small unit. very pleased
- When no music playing i.e a cd has finished there is a buzzing noise, but nothing awful.

Score 9.0/10+ Compact satisfies all my needs mainly because it can play MP3's I only need one CD to cover nearly all my CD's. Speakers very nice and compact with good quality sound.
- Not easy to set up DAB stations to preselect numbers 1.2.3 etc The design of the case cheapens the whole setup, it looks like it was made to fit in a unit.
