+ Very fast internet access and email. Nice screen and overall design.

- You cannot sync with Outlook etc for your contacts - only Google Mail. However since I moved everything over to Google (and this was a pain!), I have found the contact directory and email service far better.

Summary of T-Mobile G1 Reviews from Across the Web

A great phone in its own right, although undoubtedly a phone in development. The design is a bit aging, but expect to be impressed by the user interface. The large screen and very user friendly touch screen are definite bonuses, where as the lack of a video recorder and 3.5mm jack are disappointing. The make and end call buttons near the bottom of the handset overcome the common over-sensitivity problems of touchscreens during calls. A worthy rival to the iPhone.

PC Advisor expert review - by Andrew Harrison

To evaluate T-Mobile's new G1 wonderphone is inevitably a review of two halves: the handset hardware and its operating system software. (SEE ALSO: Google Android review).
