Score 9.0/10+ most everything except what I've said below.
- Not especially user-friendly. I sometimes have to hunt around for things with no clear sense of direction. It would be nice if I could make use of features without having to stop and rely on a help screen. Also, Symantic should make it easier and quicker to get to the PDF downloads of the user's manual, which they now save money by not including with the disk.

- I have had a number of problems with other software after installing this program. I have had to install a number of patches to restore my computer to full function.

Score 10.0/10+ . i'm not so sure about the slowing P.C. mythe. i think it's slower coming on line. but the full scan with defrag is great.end of the day click quick scan and shut down on finish. all fresh for the next day. not bad for someone thats near digibete

Do not use atomatic renewal because the price is not made clear from the outset and the product can be obtained far cheeper on the open market.
I feel that you could be far more open in your advertising.
