Sylvanian Families - The Caravan

+ As with all the Sylvanian products - and we have lots - the attention to detail is amazing. My daughter is 9 and can't get enough of them.

- No real bad points, maybe small parts would be a problem with a toddler in the house, but generally a lovely toy. Also, we got the green convertible car from Father Christmas but would have been extra expense as the caravan does need that to be towed.

+ Hours of fun for children

- A little bit pricey but worth it

+ this caravan has all the features of a real caravan. I bought it as a present for my daughter and she loves it and as not stopped playing with it.

- if you don't already own the car you may have to purchase it too as you need the car to tow the caravan around.

+ Many accessories came with the item. kept my 10 year old entertained getting it set up.

- Some small parts which would not be suitable for very young children or if younger siblings can get access to them.

+ Hours of imaginative play. More portable than the houses but provides as much opportunity for play.

- As with a lot of Sulvannian family some of the bits can be very fiddly particularly for younger hands and can be frustrating when you finally set it all up and you knock it accidently and have to start all over again but that's where you get your value for money!!

+ Well designed. 8 year old loved the way e.g. sofa turned into bed, ironing board pulled out, bunk beds in roof.

- You would need to watch if you had smaller children as there are some tiny accessories. Not cheap but it seems to be a successful present and is played with frequently

+ Well designed, lots of potential for imaginative play

- Need to buy car separately to pull the caravan along

+ As usual another great Sylvanian produce that my daughter loves

+ Fantastic detail in all - my daughter has played for hours with this - it is just adorable. Her rabbits have been sitting in the caravan playing snakes and ladders and eating carrot cake!

- Sadly the steps broke on the first day ( there is a very small piece of plastic that holds the steps in place and this broke) which is a shame - she is not a heavy handed child.

+ my 7 year old daughter adores it and secretly so does her 10 yr old brother and 13 yr old sister!!

+ My daughter loves Sylvanian Families, and especially now with the credit crunch, not everyone can afford to go abroad. So they go camping instead! This set is really cute and comes with alot to make a Sylvanian holiday great! It's cool because you can attach it to the Sylvanian car. My daughter is now really happy with it, it's a great buy :]

- Sylvanian Families are a little bit pricey, but maybe it could have come with a few more pieces, for it's price.

+ Perfect playset for age group aimed at ie 4 plus. Lots of accessories to really get stuck into a vanning experience eg throw food into cooker, drop it on floor - still serve it up to unsuspecting dog family. Cute little sleeping bags and drop down beds. Sofa folds out to be a double bed. Older children can make their own bedding for that or use hankies / kitchen roll.

- Younger children ruin all the fun - snap ladle hook off the kitchen wall, snap knife in half (have glued back together though).

+ excellent for children of all ages, even grannys love to play with it,

+ My daughter wants to start collecting sylvanian families and tesco direct had the caravan she wanted .It was excellent value for money looks like it will last the imagination of a 7 year old girl. It looks very realistic .

- I cant find anything negative to say about this caravan
